Hey Guys!! Wanting to start a story from an idea I had but I'm not exactly sure I should. It's basically set in a future where humans have to abandon Earth since the atmosphere became so toxic that everything started dying. Most of the ones who survived, are the of course the ones who know how to work the tech that saved them. A group of teens from a new generation decide that they want to see what it was like before having to flee their home planet. The problem is, is that they have to somehow figure out how to save Earth even though no one has been able to do that yet.
          
          Thoughts?? (and please don't take this as your own to write. If you do end up writing something inspired by this then please tag me!! I'd love to see what you came up with!!)

@KokoroNoRyouiki Hadn't thought too in depth on it yet since I've been busy. Honestly will love doing the research for it!! I'm thinking of it being more of humanity finally realizes how bad they messed up but can't do anything to stop it at that point. 
            
            Also your idea sounds really interesting, sadly not what I'm going for this time. I'll take your advice and watch some things about too, thank you!!!

@vel4life A post-apocalyptic world is an interesting topic, yet it is a tricky piece. It will require a lot of technological and theorem research. Since you stated that the protagonists needed to find a way to save Earth, one thing that they should work out first is how did the destruction started? Is there a master villain behind it or it is just humanity that forced the planet to its extinction? Is it willed by higher beings? By knowing how it started, they could probably come up with a way to reverse the event...or at least have an alternative in case the planet is beyond help.
            
            Since it is a sci-fi, watch a lot of movies, shows or anime and read a lot of books of the same genre. 
            
            (Though, if I would write this, the group either uncovered an ancient artifact or being or a they have happened to invent a time machine that would aid them in their journey.)
