hello, i’m vei! (pronounced as vi) and this shall be my first post on this profile!
i’m an avid reader with a love for stories since i was kid, and i have always wanted to write stories myself— but i never really gave myself a chance to do so out of the fear that my words aren’t good enough or that no one would be interested in the things that i create. the furthest i’ve gone to pursue my unrequited love for writing is by engaging in campus journalism, but even then i had to stop doing so out of my disinclination.
i created this account to challenge myself, because i want to actually take action to pursue my desire to write stories. hence my username (velleitea). i want to write for myself, but i also hope that my stories reach you too.
may we stray from disinclination for the things we are scared to actually pursue.
