Guys, I actually have a serious question that may or may not sound stupid. So here it goes, can health centre receptionist leave (or change, whatever that is) their shifts when they have an emergency with their friends or relatives, families? Can they do that ?

Someone pls help me with identifying these two, I did some reasearch too but

WHAT IS ACTUALLY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACUTE BACK PAIN AND CHRONIC BACK PAIN LIKE PLSS DOES ACUTE BACK PAIN IS JUST ONLY GIVES US MILD OR SEVERE PAIN AND ONLY JUST TAKES A FEW WEEK OR DAYS?? SAME FOR THE CHRONIC PAIN BUT TAKES LIKE WHAT. 12 WEEKS OR LONGER?? I mean are they just mild at first then just flares up or shoots up into a severe agonizing pain.. I don't know the difference PLEASEEE

Only difference is how long they last , otherwise the pain is usually on the spine or back in general
