do what feels right and allow yourself to take breaks! if you don’t like a singular step in a method because you have a hard time with it, don’t stress about it just remove it from your routine or even mix and match multiple routines. everyone’s gonna like different things so listen to what your body feels is right for you. :) i hope you successfully shift soon! let me know if you ever need anything at all
