It's so stupid that art spam thing. People contacting authors to try and make their stories into comic art. 
          
          The person doing it is quite stupid, really.  Every time they change their name in different variations. 
          
          It's ridiculous.
          
          My one cousin who writes on Wattpad had one or two of those messages. I told her not to believe it. 
          
          I had only one of those with a story of mine who only has like two chapters. Like why? Why does  these people think it is okay to send  them? 
          
          I heard from another author, those messages are common on FF.net too. I saw only a few there, though.
          
          I hope other authors out there don't believe the spam messages either.
          
          Like seriously, keep your works safe from that madness. 
          
          Sorry for ranting. Hope you all are well.

My stories are on lock down, I don’t post till I’m done. That means my own art too but recently there was one story I made but it was just one maybe 2 chapters and that was in 2015 the story I’m making is a better version of that. I have been working on it for years, and because of how many people favored that story and followed it I have been getting that spam shit, I blatantly told them to fuck off. For the last seven months, I have been seeing that spam crap on other people‘s work in the comment section and now it’s worked its way to Wattpad. I think what happened to A03 a couple months ago has now caused them to come out like an ant hill, being overrun by water… so this stuff is getting AI cannot get a hold of the stories on fanfiction or Wattpad because they have protections against it. AO3 didn’t have the right protections and it cost them big time. I don’t know how to navigate AO3 because I’ve never used it, but this stuff is getting ridiculous.
