@vesperagravemire Maybe Noah's dad moves in too. not completely trusting Damien with his son taking away some of Damien's control so he can have some character growth. Rn it feels like Demain doesn't know how to treat a mate he's not sure if he should be the commanding Alpha, the strict dad, and the lover. Damien is taking on to manny roles and it's damaging their potential relationship. Noah doesn't just need structure he needs to be heard. 

@vesperagravemire maybe Noah should run away and tell his dad, they both try to leave to NY Daimion catches them and trys to win Noah back without kidnapping him. It'll give Noah some autonmy in the relationship which I'd think make him more receptive to Denmain. Just cuz he's older doesn't mean he's right. And I'd love to see Noah rub that in his face before he folds. The situation would cause Noah's dad to become more watchful, since they can't really leave, and the pack grows on them. This is an opportunity to foster a better parent child bond.
