Writers are unique people. They see things in the world, in society, in people and in themselves that most other people are oblivious to. Writers write because characters clamor for attention and yearn to come to life so that their author and those who read their stories will live a thousand more lives. This is why I write.
My characters are tormented ones, only because I, as their puppet master, wish them to mirror reality. Their struggles are real. And I like impossible odds.
To me, writing is less about telling a story than it is about relating that story to the reader's life. Sure, there are great stories out there, but even the oldest stories answer the question "So what?"
I read all kinds of literature from adventure to ya. I love a tight story with characters, plots, and adventures that are not cliché or rehashed. I would love to help other authors improve their work (if they think their writing needs improving!) as long as they help me improve mine.
I am a HUGE Star Wars fan, and avid reader of books that pit good verses evil, especially when those lines are blurred. So check out my thousand more tales, as I explore your characters' adventures.
