i actually despise the hogwarts grade system when it comes to ages and cut offs. like i know you’re supposed to enter hoggy at like 11, but then that doesn’t make sense because in gof when george and fred want to do the triwizard tournament they said they’re turning sixteen that following april. THAT MAKES NO SENSE. they’re in their sixth year in gof. so wouldnt that mean they’re sixteen going into their sixth yesr??? FUCK ME. MAYBE IM MISSING SMTH.
