@Liana_Grace okie I'm back! So first, I'd say just keep going. I have been writing inconsistently since I was in the 8th grade and only recently started taking it more seriously as it is a passion of mine, but if I had taken it seriously from the start (meaning having a writing schedule and being dedicated to maintaining it/not giving up) now it would've been easier. So just write. Make sure you love the story, this is very important as it keeps you going.
I have a lot of ideas in my drafts, but I don't like any of them as much as Offline, for example. To me, writing a book is like reading one, but you create it. And with Offline that helped me. You can also choose an easy plot (like I did). As long as you love it, you will see that the ideas will flow! Even if it's a typical plot, a good book is good because of how the author writes it. If the author is truly invested, any story is unique.
Also, it gets easier if your main characters have a goal. What I did/tried to do with Offline was to make clear what the characters' personality traits are, how they were challenged, and then how they grow from their challenges. And what types of challenges they deserve as people and based on their story (for eg Lena had to choose between law+parents expectations vs. finance+her own path)
