QUIRK — "queen of rats"
she can control and communicate with rats that are nearby her. in certain cases, she can even turn into a rat herself, but the repercussions of doing so wears down her body fairly fast. so it's only used for emergency escapes or stealth purposes.

so she continued on her path of theft, even going as far as joining a group of known criminals within the undercity. she served as their navigator, her team's eyes to get their prizes, which always managed to wrack up a huge sum of money with every heist they did. the amount of debt began to steadily decrease with every job, her now close team treasured and praised her, feeling more like family than the one she was born into.
though one day, while on their biggest heist to date in the shizuoka prefecture, a slip up by her had happened. they all were caught red-handed and arrested by the hero commission. whether it was an intentional slip up or not didn’t matter as they were caught, their longstanding crimes being put to an end right then and there.
when questioned about her parents and their whereabouts, all she did was let out a scoff while rolling her eyes, for she didn't even know what had happened to them since she joined the group she was apart of now. they could be dead for all she knew, but nothing would ever change the amount of debt they still owed.
as she was going to fully surrender to the commission, choosing that a life locked up would be better than living the way she was now, they stopped her by striking a deal. one that was too tempting for her to refuse. if she were to join the commission as one of their own due to her vast knowledge, she'd be pardoned for her list of crimes along with her association with the group being erased from records.
a smirk made it's way onto her face as the deal was being explained before finally speaking "the debts i owe can also be fully paid off if i accept your offer correct?" it's safe to say that she willingly took their bait.
