You will gain weight short term but your weight will always stabilize.
You cannot sleep ever but you never feel tired unless you’re getting sick or something.

if you restart at 10, you could fix mistakes, make better choices, maybe even invest early and end up richer anyway. but 10 million today means no waiting, you could just enjoy life right now.
