I'm currently in therapy dealing with trauma from 20yrs ago and I'm struggling to keep my present relationship in tact. Today I felt suicidal and had to call my therapist because of situation I'm facing with my significant other but I will get through this. Even if I feel like giving up. I'm also happy you overcame your trials, you're so strong
