I write fantasy/supernatural fics, sometimes time travel. I can get very detailed and focus less on what the character's personality is like. It works more like a play-by-play of each action, each detail, each facial expression, each piece of background info that I want to put in there. I often create OCs, including family members, for my stories which come up in my head. There is so much storyline I can't write it all because my brain will continue creating more story to put down.  I often have ships underway to put in there, as a romance option to make it "cuter."
I FINALLY get to write down and publish my fics online, if only so I can fulfill the requirements to beta-read for someone else. Nice, right? Though, I still have to upload my current content before I can publish it for public viewing so I can continue it.
