I'm Vienna Rousseau, an impressive storyteller, short film screenwriter and hopeless romantic. I believe the best conversations usually happen after midnight. IYKYK.

I write because it's always helped me make sense of the world and explore my mind fully. I took some time away from writing, found my way back and it truly feels like coming back to my warm home. So if you're here, thank you for finding your way to this little corner of mine. ♡₊˚

When I'm not writing, I'm probably daydreaming about films I have so many scripts of that I'd love to direct one day, collecting ceramic mugs and jewelry,  listening to R&B or cinematic scores, watercolour painting my moods, chasing the sound of ocean waves, convincing myself that 'one more chapter' won't ruin my sleep schedule, or eating entirely too much cookie ice cream with a bowl of berries nearby (˶>ᴗ<˶).

My idea of happiness? A quiet walk with a lover beneath a tree-lined street at golden hour with the sunlight slipping through the leaves and nowhere to rush to.

I hope my stories become a place you can ache, heal, feel yearning and linger for a little while.
