Hey everyone, it’s been a while.
I’d like to say that a lot has changed in my life. I am starting university soon and going onto bigger things. There are some things I’d like to mention after being gone for a while.
First of all, Nefarious. That book was written when I was 16 years old. There are a lot of things within the book such as character behaviours or plot lines that do not align with my vision now and what I would plan for these characters. It seems that while writing, I had ideas that seemed to be long forgotten in later chapters. At times, things are being said or things are happening that don’t make sense. The whole book needs major editing and an overhaul.
When I first began Nefarious, the book was used as an outlet for my emotions as I had been in a bad place. I used to publish about 5 parts a day consisting of 2,500 words and then write another 10 parts ahead of the already published chapters. That is 25,000 words a day, which is almost insane to me. Eventually, I had reached a point where things began to get better for me and the book became neglected.
Fortunately, it is not a project I want to abandon. A few weeks ago I had started a whole re-write of Nefarious, but I am not sure if it is something that I can take on with the amount of free time I have. So, I’d like to thank everybody for the support that it has gotten so far despite it being so poorly written by my 16 year old self. Since 2021, the book has reached 1 MILLION READS, and I could not be more thankful.
Hopefully, I can get back into writing soon and you may all see the ending or a whole edit of the book. I am not sure which direction to take with it, but thank you for all the interaction that the book has received.

recently i have noticed more people asking for permission to translate my stories. due to my slight inactivity, i don't get to my inbox very quickly as i am busy with college, work and other things. if i have AGREED and GIVEN PERMISSION and credit is given (such as tagging me in the description of the story) it is allowed.
however, if i do not reply to said messages this does not give you permission to republish my story anyway. lately, i have been made aware of people copying my story and rewriting it into other languages.

this one is a prime example. it also seems that their graphics are also taken from another popular daryl dixon story if i am correct. i have already messaged the user and asked them to take the story down but they have chosen to read the message, ignore it and muted/blocked me.
if any of this happens, i will be filing DMCA requests to take down these stories as this is an infringement of my copyright. the walking dead may not belong to me but the characters and their stories that i have created are. i am already in the process of doing it with this one.
with that in mind, i will try my best to update my stories such as NEFARIOUS and ARCANE when i have the time. i do not want to rush the chapters as i want to push out something that has quality instead of quantity. <3
