Wattpad is being a little bitch and won't let me upload the next fucking chapter 

Ok so is anyone elses Wattpad kinda malfunctioning? Cause for the past couple of days my Wattpad has been leaving my notifications unread even though I've seen the notifications and I've read the updated books. Even when I refresh it then I close the app and open it up again it comes back again .
