I felt like it was a really flimsy plot. I've developed my writing style so much since that story's beginning, and I feel like I should have done better. I might re-write the story, but it'll take me a while.

So I woke up and started checking my phone when my mom came in. She reminded me just how long I had to get dressed (a whole hour whoop whoop), but then when she left, she kept the door open. That, my friends, is pure cruelty. She left the door open, forcing me up and out of bed to avoid further scrutiny.
