You know what really breaks my heart? Katniss volunteered for the Games to save her sister from death. And in the end, she couldn't save her

Ok. I need an opinion. I'm writing a Hunger Games thing. I haven't written all the characters. I have 5 Districts worth. Should I make the Reapings of those characters or wait?
