Today we ordered fast food for dinner (from the place I work at) and when we went to pick it up then my younger sister loudly asked if the boy I was talking to was the one I liked. It wasn't but she did this in front of all my coworkers and when I told her it wasn't, she then said "well, you are always talking about him so I only guessed. Its okay though cause he doesn't look like I imagine him" thank God my crush was in the back, however he was still in ear shot so next week will be awkward as f.
          

I think me and my crush have the same type of humor and I feel like we have a lot of fun working together even so I'm sure he only sees me as someone he likes to tease. I have a habit of being standoffish and slightly mean to those I like and I tell him has dumb annoying and that his face is so scary it's in my nightmares (he is actually really cute) but then I always laugh when he jokes around and stare at him too long, I feel like I'm being so obvious and I try not to but he is really amazing and has the most stunning smile ive ever seen, his eyes light up and he has this amazing glow to him. I do realize he is less than perfect and has problems that should take away points from him in my eyes but in my eyes he is incredible and the more I try to see everything wrong with him, the more I realize how happy I am just by getting to see him and have him poke fun at me at work

So I have a crush on a boy I work with and I'm almost positive he doesn't like me so Tuesday when a cute boy came into my work place and was being a goof. He made me laugh and before he left he asked for my number, I have it to him and then asked him if he wanted to hang out next weekend yesterday, hoping that I would like him and put my feelings for my crush. Well, the kid asked me if I wanted to go with him today to his place (he lives on a farm) and help him take care of his animals, I said yes and when he picked me up I was continuously surprised by how polite and kind he was, he is a gentlemen from the first minute. He also wasn't awkward and was easy to listen and talk to, he wouldn't let me help him feed the animals tho which was a total bummer and before he took me back home he showed me around his home and let me shoot his hunting rifle (he also had two dogs and one of them was so damn cute!) Well I got home I felt like shit because he was so perfect in so many ways he even asked me if I was hungry and offered to buy me dinner! He had an amazing sense of humor and was so sweet and never made me uncomfortable or said anything lewd, he was physically very good looking and in perfect shape but after all that, I wasn't into him. I kept comparing him to my crush who is broke, overweight, has high blood sugar, back problems and hearing problems and found the guy dull in comparison.
