"“Sorry,” Fluttershy mumbled as the girls passed. She then stepped forward at the open seat she had eyed before she was shoved. It was next to a girl with purple hair and a small pink streak on her bangs. The girl wore fitting purple sweater with a lavender button up underneath and a lavender plaid skirt with dark knee socks. The girl sat next to a boy who was grinning like a fool. He had green hair and a pointed tooth that stood out from his other straight ones. He had on jeans, a purple zip-up jacket, a green T-shirt, and green sneakers. Fluttershy’s heart fluttered for a millisecond. He was attractive.
“I-is this seat taken?” Fluttershy asked the girl wearing the sweater. The girl smiled at Fluttershy, her purple eyes filled with happiness.
“Nope! Have a seat,” she said warmly.
“T-thanks,” Fluttershy stuttered as she sat down, setting her backpack by her feet.
“I’m Twilight Sparkle. What’s your name?” the girl asked.
“I’m Fluttershy,” Fluttershy answered quietly like always.
“Um, hello? I’m here,” the boy said with a playful smack on Twilight Sparkle’s arm. Twilight rolled her eyes.
“This is Spike, my annoying friend,” Twilight joked. Spike grinned before realizing what she said.
“That’s not true. Nice to meet you, Fluttershy,” he said, shaking Fluttershy’s pale hand gently with a toothy grin. Fluttershy smiled.
