Sanghyeokie-hyung has a gorgeous smile. Moon Hyeonjoon has to admit that, ever since the day the little boy saw his first (and only) crush on a computer screen, he had been absolutely stunned. He fell for Faker’s smile, and, of course, the way Faker played League of Legends.
Now, Oner and Faker—Moon Hyeonjoon and Lee Sanghyeok—have been on the same team for at least eight years. Oner wished it could be forever.
Hyeonjoon slowly got used to the fact that Sanghyeokie-hyung would always be by his side. He got used to seeing him smile at the dumbest dad jokes ever, watching him sit alone on the couch rewatching matches, or eating all kinds of omnivorous food. Faker’s doctor certainly wouldn’t be happy if he knew, but it was a little secret between T1’s mid-jungle duo.
Although Moon Hyeonjoon was really careworn about his hyung’s health. If he continued with these eating habits, he might end up in a precancerous condition someday, and that really, really annoyed the young man lately. Sanghyeok was always too careless about what he ate, sometimes even putting raw and cooked ingredients together without thinking about cross-contamination.
That was just one of the numerous bad habits Faker had.
Recently, T1 had been having a hard time adapting to the new meta and the changes in gameplay. The coaches gave the players some mind-twisting ban-picks, and even the players couldn’t handle those weird strategies. As a result, their team kept falling further and further.
From the coaches to the players, they had all started to lose their confidence and ego—which was something really important to the players. No one wanted to talk or discuss anything. The team’s atmosphere no longer felt like home to Moon Hyeonjoon. Everything seemed to be stuck in a state of immutability.
Oner noticed that Faker had been skipping meals for days, spending all day playing and rewatching matches until early morning. Hyeonjoon couldn’t let this continue.
