@voidpietro Separating the character from the Actor is different than it is separating the author and the books. For instance, it's easy to separate Rowling or Meyer from her work because it has taken on a life of its own and she didn't put herself in the story of the movies. for Holland its different because that is literally the face of a racist. We don't have to see JKR or S. Meyer when thinking about twilight or Harry Potter, but we have to see Holland when we think of a character we love. It hurts to see someone we once looked up to harm a group of people like that. Not everyone is fine staring down a problematic person or connecting her to a story and character they love. They need to get over themselves you're doing great I re-casted Holland, Haynes and Bohen in all my works when I found out what they did.
