people don't understand how draining it can be to try to explain what's happening inside your head when you're struggling to understand it. there are times when you just unintentionally feel sad and start to feel alone. explaining your hurt to people that aren’t in a place to properly receive it just hurts you more.

being cheated on is not a reflection on the victim. often people question, what was the victim lacking ? but really it comes down to cheaters just cheating. you could be the perfect partner and still get treated wrong, scary world.

@iosnte truth be told, we're all hopeless romantics with high standards due to reading romance novels. i'm not complaining, though. and yes girl, never feel bad for being high maintenance ! set your standards high and keep them there. we all deserve to have more :3
