The paled - girl hadn't really been putting much attention too her surroundings, her gaze fixated on a watch she held in her hand. It was when her senses alerted her of something that she merely avoided walking into the man, awkwardly stumbling too the side in a way too completely avoid collision. "Oh god- I'm so sorry, mister-!"

It was late one night and Mello was (surprisingly) walking around outside by himself.  He normally didn't go out like this.  But he was out and he has hands in the pockets of his jacket,  the feathered hood pulled over his head.  His pale blue eyes were narrowed and his golden blond hair was in his face.  On his lips was a frown.  He wasn't paying attention and ended up hitting shoulders with someone.

Out of pure instinct,  Mello quickly pulled his hand gun from his pocket and aimed it at the other,  his finger resting on the trigger lightly.  "Don't touch me."  He uttered then yanked his shoulder away from the others hand.  "I could say the same to you."

            Pierce didn't usually act agitated towards such a harmless act, but he was in a bit of a sour mood and huffed at the blond headed stranger. "Hey, watch where you're going," he hissed towards him, grabbing his shoulder to confront him.
