I love reading original stories or watching movies/tv shows where the lead couple(s) get a lot of screen time like the main couple(s) 

It’s finals season and I’m all over the place 

I am so so sorry for ranting on here, but I am absolutely devastated right now. Having my mom straight up tell me to “cheer up” and “don’t be affected by the news of his presidency” after telling her his plans for this country is a huge slap on the face to me. And she also had the audacity to say, “Oh, my coworker said this, it’s not true…” Yeah, I figured you’d choose to listen to your coworkers instead of your own children. Got it. 
          
          It ISN’T fake news, this is LITERALLY his policy and plans for this country once he gets sworn in office. I cannot wait to move out once I’m able to. I’m EXHAUSTED. 
          
          I also had to block certain people today just to protect my peace and mental health. I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life.  

Trump is going to take away the Department of Education, which includes the funding for after school programs. This also includes the history that we’ve been taught in elementary, middle, and high schools. Black history, the history with immigration, etc. 
          
          Trump is going to also take away financial aid and the scholarships and grants that the government offers for college students from middle-low income families. As the oldest daughter of Filipino parents who’s currently still in school, how the hell am I supposed to survive nursing school the next two years? Where am I going to get $10k per semester for the two years? Financial aid, the scholarships I’ve applied for, and the grants that my uni has offered to me are the reasons why I was able to get into college in the first place, since my father is not financially supporting me (he never has). 
          
          And my entire family, including my own parents, have the audacity to praise this disgusting generate as if he was some Saint because they care about filling their pockets over human rights? Poc parents don’t really gaf about their own children and their futures. Especially since I am a WOMAN OF COLOR who is also part of the LGBTQ community, I have to spend the rest of my life walking on egg shells around these people until I can be financially stable. I can’t believe we are seen as ‘wrong’ just for educating our parents as to why having this man in office is terrible. I’m so scared and truly devastated. I honestly don’t know what to do, but we just have to live and fight as a community from here on out. 

If you voted for Trump (especially the ones that lied about voting for Kamala), unfollow me right now. This is disgusting and atrocious. 

My anxiety literally woke me up out of my sleep.. I had to keep checking different social media platforms to see if there are any final updates, but let me relax before I vomit

Today is Election Day! Please go out and vote if you live in the U.S. 
          
          Also, please take the time to look through any informative sources that are available to ensure that you’re making the favorable decision on which candidate to vote for! 

Tomorrow is Election Day, and I am extremely nervous. Please go to the polls and vote. Every vote matters. ♥️
