I will always side eye writers on here who don’t write about their own race. There’s something really odd there that needs to be unpacked asap. idc. You mean to tell me none, not even one of your stories could be told through the lens of your own race? How do you constantly write only about blonde hair blue eyed, red hair green eyed main characters with alabaster skin when you’re none of those things? Some of them will write about every other race but theirs too and I’m like...are you okay? Are you having identity issues? Imagine a non-black Asian or a white person writing all their stories with just black characters and no mention of their race anywhere in there. I dunno about anybody else but that would be weird as hell to me. I’ve come across this so much lately and it’s creepy to me forreal. Just bizarre
@vowelmovement it will definitely sound off *starts choking* how does one author write about a different race character's everyday life, when the author doesn't even know the foundation of being the character's race?
@Whoa_boW thissss. Exactly. And it's not like we're out to attack, like it's a genuine honest question. What does a black person know about the everyday of a white person? How do you write a pov of a white person when you not white? Idk for me it doesn't sound right. But sure they can go ahead
@Whoa_boW it’s VERY weird on so many levels. I’d love to see that explained away. How does someone explain not representing themselves in their own stories without sounding...off?

Hey… I know it’s been a while but how are you?
@charlene_904 yes ur avail right. I’ve been trying to prioritize the positive things lately and it’s made a huge difference in stress levels honestly. How are you btw?
Awww… I’m glad you’re doing well even if it’s off this app.. take time and do what matters most and that brings you positive energy
Like reading dark romance with crazed men. Mine giving my books a try.
Hey.. I’m just checking up on you to make sure your okay. Sending love and light❤️
@vowelmovement I’m so happy we’re finally gonna get peace within these next 4 years
@charlene_904 omg staying sane is off the table for me until all votes are final. I’m tired lol. I pulled so many all nighters since Tuesday ☠️ Who would have thought it would drag out like this?
I really thought I was waiting for a update only to find out you moved all your books to a whole other platform i’m sick
@xobeaxo Hey lovely! Don’t worry, BWS will be back up here in the future, I just need to have it (and others) somewhere accessible where I don’t have to worry about them getting deleted for no reason. I’m slowly editing and working on BWS right now. The plan is to post new chapters on the site as I edit them and post them here in full when finished. That way, if they get deleted again or I lose my account, they’ll still be available for you all to read there. Wish it didn’t have to be this way but WP treats its writers so poorly

Ma'am first you're Aria and now you're Mel, i am confusion :'')
Look , if I have to pay for the completed book let me know . I’m too invested to stop now
All wattpad does is lie and promote their paid stories
@vowelmovement they owe you a fee. Every chapter deleted must cost up, then the book itself being deleted must cost up. Include a fee per paragraph. Even if the paragraph is one word. And then every view must have its cost, and you had many views so you must get that money banking up. Wattpad owes you. And that's on peeerrrriooddtdttttdttt of the t.
@wattpad y’all never seeing the pearly gates. That blissful shore? Y’all not seeing that My book was unpublished again and I can’t seem to get the chapters posted, so I’ll just have to go in and publish a second version. Luckily, I always have backups of my works Sorry for the inconvenience. Smh
@charlene_904 it is. And it’s so frustrating. This site is not how it used to be
@sportspuppyia1997 all wattpad does now is push their writers off the site and promote their paid stories. I miss the old days so much
