Does Wattpad not realise that this platform was more than just a writer's platform? For some of us this was a safe space, for some it was nostalgia and memories. Some of us met our best friends for life here, some of us met people here that they loved and one day saw them disappear and never return. For some of us, the only memories we had of some friends were those inboxes. For some of us, the most beautiful chats were in those inboxes. For some of us, those chats were the poetry and literature of our soul. And all it took Wattpad was the click of a button, a change in the "terms and conditions" to take it all away. And call me a whining child but I will never forgive the Wattpad team for that. I used to defend this platform and fight for my life when people compared it to ao3 and radish and what not. But I give up now, because I'm disappointed, and honestly, extremely upset. That's it x
