There are people on Wattpad who like to follow people randomly, and then unfollow them, just to gain more followers. That's really selfish, because you could be hurting so many people, and they start to doubt themselves or you could lower their self esteem. Even if you don't mean to hurt anyone, you are.
          The purpose of following people is to show your appreciation for them, not to just unfollow them later like they're dirty clothes to be thrown away.
