@vto979 What I get inspiration from sometimes is music. Take a traditional children's song like Oh My Darling. Curentley I'm writing a romance with the plot of the song, but what if you took The Littlest Worm, found a double meaning to the lyrics and wrote a story. (Now that I think of it, that's a really good idea, LOL) Since that might be hard to do though, check out this

Thanks! I haven't been writing much because i have been having a block! Oncoming Sea was a surprise when i started writing because i didn't even realize until i finished it that i had even started!
