One might say birthdays are an amazing part of human life celebrating a one time a year thing of being birthed on a certain date and celebrating it that you've moved your age up by one. Well the way I see birthdays are a way to distract you from the fact you're getting older.. The cake and the presents are just a way to bribe your attention away from the fact we're getting older anyway.
