Warning Post: There are alot of scammer accounts claiming to want to promote/ create artwork/ comic strips from your book on wattpad at the moment. Some of these accounts are very aggressive in their approach. Anything that seems too good to be true is exactly what it seems. They start by trying to flatter your book, a comment that is often generic, then pester you to follow them on discord ect. DO NOT ENGAGE!!! Block, mute, report, etc. These accounts are easy to spot. No works of their own, but do not engage with writers like genuine reader accounts. Be warned guys, if they dont leave genuine comments on your book they are scammers. I've had about two so far this week that I've had to block.
