in one of my stories, dorcas meadowes has her hair in dreadlocks/braids. if you know, will you tell me your opinions on what i should call them? i am white, and they are not part of my culture, so i dont know what the appropriate term is. i do not want to offend anyone, or use an inaccurate or offensive term because im beinf ignorant and not willing to find out. i tried to do my iwn research, but it wasnt helpful. so if you could please tell me what term i should use, id appreciate it. thank you and have a good night!
