I have a question that has been bugging me since Quantumania came out. Shouldn't Janet have been in the quantum realm for 30 hours? When Scott went to the compound he said, "For me, it was 5 hours" so the 30 years would have been 30 hours for Janet. And if so, how did she age the 30 years? That would have only been possible if it only felt like 30 hours but the same amount of time passed through her.
          	I'm so confused

But even then, how did she know so many people in the quantum realm after 30 hours?
