i think i want to move my stories over to a different site. i publish on ao3 so i may just move over there permanently. i may also end up on twitter, who knows. but i don’t enjoy this site and its format, and the lack of private messages and a news feed just makes things feel icky. i don’t feel as though this site supports small writers well

i have a great idea, i write it, i post the chapter and then i leave for months

@varisoul it’s the worst. i’ve got a book with a lot of plot but i had it planned out so it would be 12 chapters (named after an album with 12 tracks) and i’ve shot myself in the foot with this idea because i do not have the time to be writing 10k worded chapters :/

enemies to lovers books are cool but i don’t think they ever have enough toxicity in the enemy stages and i think the transition to lovers is too quick
had to unpublish twilight. wattpad deleted the chapter this site makes me want to shred my skin like a pissed off lizard
every day my notifs are filled with tons of people adding punch drunk to their libraries and it makes me scared to end the book eventually. like i am scared to give anything but a happy ending lmao that’s a whole lot of people i’m upsetting
i’ve never written a polyamorous book before either i think that’s why i like writing gore so much. i’ve honestly dedicated a scary amount of brain cells to it, it’s just so nice to plot and write for
i love writing horror and angsty books. i grew up on cheesy 80s horror films so i almost hate how i find horror books easy to write and romance books not so easy at all
it used to take me months to draft a chapter for punch drunk and they’re short chapters. i published gore on the 4th of august and it’s got 2 lengthy chapters (even though gore is also a romance book)
all these ideas… i should just do a book for one shots maybe. ill never finish the books i have going if i keep making more :[
