[ HC ] —   * THE ZELYRIAN FAE ARE HIGHLY intimidating based on appearance alone. they are abnormally tall in stature with prominent facial structures and cold features. since they are a natural breed of combatants, the fae are often clad in customized black armor which is light ( in terms of weight ) yet durable, and cast under a protective enchantment by the king. their wings tend to be very long and fit to slice through the wind at high rates of speed. in total, they have two wings on the upper portion of the back and two wings on the lower portion of the back. their wing color is black and dark purple, but the shade varies depending on the individual. when on land, the zelyrian fae can retract their wings back into their body in order to conceal them from potential threats. 
          
          daruna is the largest of her species, and the most powerful. her wings nearly double the span of an average faerie’s, and are recognized for their magnificent shade and length. some say that she was destined to be king long before she became one based on appearance alone, but it was her valor and strength that won the hearts of the people. 
          
          despite their look, the zelyrian fae are not evil. in fact, they wish to expel darkness from the realm and establish peace throughout the  empires. they are both kind and merciless, as is their king.
