We are trying to heal ourselves and pretending to be okay. Actually we don't have to do that but. There's a voice inside us too tell that we have to. You have to be the perfect and most happy man alive because people expect that from you. But f#ck the people. You can cry it's okay. You can feel depressed it's okay too. Do u want to punch pillows, go for it. Just don't let that hurt yourself. Don't let that effecting your mood or day. Don't let that anything that makes you worse than now. You can heal later you don't have to force yourself to be feel healed. It's okay. You're going to be okay.
