Guys!! I think I got the solution about this notification problem. Because I started to get story update notifications!
All you have to do is
1. Go to your setting from website or app
2. Go to the notifications beside the account
3. Turn off and on update notification option after that you will get story update notification as usual

@Myth_188 I know right! There is one author, they started to update from yesterday after a long break. When I checked the tags, from there I noticed that they have updated the next part. I have filed this issue to the watty, Let's see what they will do.
