I'm Colombian-born American author currently radicales in Miami FL. I live with my husband and my six rescued cat companions: Violet, Luna, Koko, Astro, Terra and Yage.
I earned a B.A. in psychology and a Master's in Public Administration from Florida International University (FIU) . My for love for reading, story telling, and using metaphors and fantasy to make sense of my human journey lead me to write children's stories. I wrote the first draft of Out Loud while volunteering with AmeriCorps.
