Hello Wattpad I just got a message from Wattpad saying they needed my personal email ID but now I can't seem to find it in my notifications so what should I do now???

Hello, i would like to request a update change to the amount of books ofline.. you see i font have data to change books onve iv finnished and befor the company updated i use to be able to read from 30 to 35 books ofline i like how its easy to identify whats offline but i dont like the limit of 2 books offine to thoes who dont have premium like me i would like to put this request of 30 to 35  books as the new limit for thoes who dont have premium, offline books please

          I've been writing fanfics for seven months and today almost ALL of them disappeared, leaving only a R6S Fanfic and my most popular RWBY fanfic. I don't know what could cause 2 drafts and 28 stories to vanish, please help me with this, help will be appreciated.

          So basically wattpad app is not working on my iphone(8+ iOS 13.2.3) i mean i can log in in my account but when i open any story it says connection is weak and i cant see notifications and see my library even thought my wifi is at good speed ..... and i also can not open wattpad on safari .... i dont know what the hell is happening and yes i have deleted the app and reinstalled it but again it shows same problem and right now i am using my wattpad account on andriod .... if someone is/was familiar with this problem please help me
