@lunairexdesigns17 I understand.First forget your old acc. You can't get that back. 
            1. Reset your phone. Remember before resetting transfer all your important stuffs somewhere safe. Such as photos, email and all other passcodes, etc. 
            2. Once your phone is reset, it will ask for email. Don't use your old email. Make new one. And don't add your phone number on it. Untill your insta is all good. 
            3.Download a vpn app for some time. Don't use your mobile network or any wifi directly if you had used that before on Instagram. 
            4.With the help of vpn, download insta. 
            5.Use that email while making a new acc. Don't add phone number. 
            6. For a few days (take a week to confirm) if insta is working all good. You can uninstall the vpn and use insta Directly through your mobile network or wife. But untill that whenever before you open Instagram make sure your vpn is on.

             After sometime You can login your old email in your phone but do not login it in your insta. Your insta should only be connected by your new email. And also better don't add your phone number on it. Untill it's necessary. Don't try to login in your old account. Otherwise you gonna face it again. 
            Once your acc works, make sure you do that face scan i don't remember it exact it is in a setting , its for recovery and all. 
            
            That's it. I Hope just like it worked for me, it will work for you.
