hey!!

main thing about me:
- i have really bad anxiety.
- i also have mental breakdowns... a lot

because of these 2 things its difficult to do everyday things and its just getting worse.
something that makes me calmer is writing and going for walks at night. that does sound cheesy but irdc if im happy. i go for late walks w my younger sister or friends or even by myself most times which probably isnt the safest thing to do but i do it anyway.
since im always having mental breakdowns i rarely sleep, so i have lovely friends who stay awake and talk to me until i pass out :)

1 person in particular who i love talking to. something about them makes me smile and i think i can trust them completely. they make me calm and i want to be able to open up to them, because in all honesty; i think they can help me with my situation. so a huge thanks to them :)
