          	This takes me past the first, 2000-word ONC gate. Future updates will be delayed for a few weeks so I can work on my last entry for The Fabulous Spec-Fic Smackdown contest. @elveloy  Your story seems interesting. I have one in the works using prompt #129. I tend to be a planner, so I like to have at least an outline before dropping the first chapter. We’ll see how it goes.
