i’ve been listening to music for over 2 hours and my ears hurt help

my best friend’s mom, shannon, is literally so close to me and my family, that i asked her what to do because i have cramps and she told me. she wasn’t embarrassed abt it or anything and she came over and gave me cookies. you’re probably wondering why i didn’t just ask my mom, and that’s because she’s gone out w/ people from work and she isn’t answering. no but seriously shannon is basically my 2nd mom.   

my friend just randomly told me abt how her older sister takes birth control when we were talking abt how school was going, like what?
