Guys how do you cope with bad news?

@weeb31 I mean everyone has their own stage of grieve and emotion , crying , anger , depressed and finally acceptance. It's not like it's illegal to show emotion and is clearly not a weakness. Sometimes people get embarrassed to cry infornt of others but that doesn't make you weak. It just made you a human. It's okay to grieve about it but it's not okay to stuck in that position for too long because it can turn toxic , unhealthy and cause harm to your mental states. I'm not saying you should get it over quickly , I'm saying it's okay to take your own pace and as long you tried your best to overcome it , everything will be okay. Sometimes it can take days , weeks , months , years down the road but as long you are trying and kept on moving forward , then it's alright. It may took a while to tell someone you close to what you were going through right now because you were scared of their reaction and what will they say , that you wasn't sure to trust them enough to tell them or not , I completely understand that. And it also can be really hard to find that one person who you feel comfortable around with and can tell about anything you were going through but I hope you be able to managed it. ( ʕっ•ᴥ•ʔっ have a free screen hug , I hope you feel better soon. Take your time. )

@weeb31 it depends , sometimes talking about it with someone maybe would at least lighter the weight on your shoulder or heart.
