Fuckin hate cramps man. I swear this is the third day in a row where I wanna just cry cause the cramps are that bad :(

@WinterGhost20 true true. It’s probs why the cramps were worse today cause it was colder out even if it’s summer where I live. Plus for me and idk about anyone else but carbonation helps dilute the cramps
