anyway, i told my therapist i would give myself until the END OF JUNE to finish editing Nothing But Bones and then i would move on; so im holding myself to that. crunch time on a self-imposed deadline is doable.

i feel like this newer replacement of categories with story type doesn't really accomplish like... being inclusive of everything encapsulated within a given genre. technically im writing speculative fiction; and the zombies im writing aren't *science fiction* zombies, but they're not not that; and there's less space exploration than exploring the planes of existence within the story's canonical cosmological makeup; so like... idk. it's not going to fit into any of those categories neatly but i can't publish it unless i choose one. kinda sucks.

hey, guys! i am so, so bad at being active on here; i literally changed my username here so I'd remember that i need to update this at a similar rate to the tumblr of the same username and then Forgot. im still writing and all! i have some sneak peeks over there if anyone is curious.

i'll be posting some updated chapters of Nothing But Bones so i can finally move on from it, haha. i've been re-editing it since i took my break from here and i just want it to be DONE!!!!

Hey, guys! Sorry for the radio silence for SO LONG! My life got incredibly busy and I just didn't have the time to post anything consistently on here (and then I forgot that I changed my username). 
          First and foremost, I graduated from college! After the worst spring semester of my life (THANKS, OCHEM), I graduated with my bachelors of science in criminal justice with my concentration in CSI and minor in QS; now I'm on the hunt for a job! 
          Secondarily, though, because I was so busy with school, student government, and volunteering, I didn't have a ton of time to edit things, meaning that I didn't (and don't) have anything to post at the moment; though I have things written that I'll post eventually. Cody and I wrote so many freaking things after Nothing But Bones (I do mean that), like The Wizard's Tower, Kramping My Style, The Devastation of Ben Baker, The Halloween Party (working title), Gram Shoots Bloodsaw (working title), Grace and Ernest Kick Some Balls (working title-- I'm thinking something like Untitled Caroline Bradshaw Project; you'll see when we get there), Krampustrick, and now several chapters of a fae expedition project and a Tiff-centered character exploration project where she just has to face what she's done. Like, we have things to put out. Plus, I'm re-editing NBB and UW to get them up to my current standards. Editing is just taking a WHILE, because--
          
          Third point, I've been having some health issues. They've been bad for a while (years, honestly), but they got worse around this time last year and then ramped up over the past two semesters, to the point where they were nigh unmanageable from December onward. I'm trying to get them taken care of (for example, I'm wearing a heart monitor for thirty more minutes to see what's up there and what further testing is needed); the migraines are squared away; ADHD and anxiety are pretty much taken care of; like, we're... okay, we're good, it's just... you know, we're getting there.
