Every year, over 10,000 Dogs are slaughtered for their meat at the Yulin Festival in China. They are often tortured (I will not go into details as it is VERY gruesome..) as some people believe that the longer the dog is in pain, the more tender their meat will be. This is only in my bio to bring awareness to this horrifying event that happens ANNUALLY, and to help bring a stop to it. There are many petitions to help stop this on Change.org !
