i temporarily forgot writing existed, i don't know what i plan to do with either works i started. i think i might just start a whole different book. i'm thinking a crime novel. i've gotten really deep into those in the last year. definitely going to research how to write one though... in the meanwhile, there may be an update here and there on the other stories until i decide what i want to do with my life lol
So I've been working on chapter seven of what used to be cinnamon princess. It's now "of airs and blood". And I'm still working on it. It got a major overhaul and I love how it's going. I have this week and then next week, and then I'm done with this semester of school. Then one more semester and I'll have a bachelor’s degree. No one reads these I'm sure, and that's fine. But if you do, just know that next semester I'll only be doing an internship, 25 hours a week, and I will have so much more time to write. So hopefully by this time next year I will have finished my first book that's not a fanfic. I took those down from here because I wanted to focus on my own creations. And it's been really fulfilling. Chapter six of Cinnamon Princess is finally up. I don't know why I say 'finally' there's like 5 people reading it. Which is fine, I'm happy that even 1 person is interested in what write. Writing an original story is so much harder than writing fanfiction, I have to get to know my characters and what they want and how they will act when the opposite happens. Learning to drive an original plot, for me, is like learning how to drive stick shift, except there are four shifters, seven pedals and 56 gears to shift through just to get out of the driveway. For those of you who read this, thank you. I hope you will stick with me as I figure out how to get this story out of my head.
so you'd think that because the entire world is experiencing a pandemic, which has subsequently made me lose my job, that I would be posting more chapters! This is in fact not yet true. I still have my school work to do. That much has not changed one bit. But I do have more time now, and there are only like 4 more weeks of school for me, so I'll get back to writing, hopefully regularly, soon.
Chapter 5 of the Cinnamon Princess is finally published! I had to do a lot of research to get this chapter right. I wanted to really convey the emotions of the people featured in this chapter. I won't say it's perfect, but I love how it turned out, and I hope you do too.

Sorry I missed posting chapter 6 of a guides Oath. I'm kind of busy planning a wedding, reception, bridal shower, luncheon and sending out invites. But hey, only 30 more days! I'll get that chapter out by Saturday
Summer is in and A Guide's Oath is being published as it is scheduled! I'm definitely busy this summer, but writing has been a good escape... When i can get to it. Lol. I can't wait to share this story with all of you who are still with me!!!
Posted the third chapter of A Guides Oath a little late today. Not because of anything particularly bad, however, if you haven't already seen it in the news, the Notredame Cathedral is on fire. It's a beautiful work of art that I hope we don't lose, however, I always think of the story of how it was restored. One man in France thought it was beautiful and that it should be restored, while everyone else wanted it to be torn down. So he wrote the Hunchback Of Noterdame to save it, and he did! I wish I could remember more details, but I can't. I sincerely hope that the chapel will be saved, and that it can be restored once more.
