@breninluv Hey! :) I really appreciate you reading & commenting! It means a lot! :) I'm really happy I got to meet a fellow equestrian through it haha. But yeah I've been riding about 10 years now- taking a few breaks here and there. And yes, I do have my own horse. :P His name is Charlie and I love him to pieces haha. But he was an all western horse when I bought him a few years ago & I converted him to English lol. We tried jumping and stuff, but things didn't really work out. It absolutely broke my heart but I'm leasing him out now (I didn't have the heart to sell him & frankly, I still don't.) I felt awful about it and still do sometimes but I think everything happens for a reason. Because if I hadn't leased him out I wouldn't have started riding thoroughbreds - which have stolen my heart ❤️ lol. I understand what you're going through & if you ever need to talk I'm here :) I know how tough it is to possibly be letting your best friend go, but Charlie taught me how to become a better rider and created new opportunities for me. And Polly may do the same for you :) Polly is absolutely gorgeous! She is definitely lucky to have such an amazing person looking after her. :) what breed is she - if you don't mind me asking haha? AND I KNOW RIGHT. I'm trying so hard not to rant right now but it makes me so mad when people say riding isn't a sport. Like, I'd like to see them try to do what equestrians do. Geez. *venting right now lol* :P Anyways, I'm really sorry about responding to this so late, I just didn't see it until now!
