          Today's been a joyful day for me, and I thought that it would be nice to share some of that joy with others. With that said, I'd like to show you my appreciation. Hmm... Let's see, where should I start? (•~•)
          
          First of all, I just wanna say a huge THANK YOU for being the first commenter on my TR fanfic. Second, thank you so much for giving me helpful inputs and being willing to talk about TR with me. And third, words can't begin to describe my appreciation for your enthusiasm in my every update. It means a lot to me, really. You're one of the reasons why I enjoy writing, and I'm really thankful for that.

            I'm totally gonna keep that in mind. MC is going around, telling people she's fine and she's over Shinichiro's death then this blond mf comes into her life, nearly getting killed thousands of times, and suddenly the past just comes back to her and in that moment, she's reverted back to her past self that was still mourning over Shinichiro. Takemichi is gonna be living reminder of Shinichiro, and being around him will be bittersweet.
            
            BUTTTT I do love the idea of a protective MC. Her dynamic with Take is kinda like that one meme where the woman is carrying a man, and she makes the "I'm watching you gesture" to the other woman XD

@acoconutisagiantnut I'm sorry I'm reading these out of order because I just got the notification that you sent this but oh my god poor MC I can't imagine her recovering from that like any light she had in her eyes is gone and she's just...hollow. Imagine her having the same empty eyes as Mikey...;_;

@acoconutisagiantnut Exactly! I know people can take liberties when it comes to fan fiction but I feel like the most compelling works are those where the characters are close to their canonical personalities. I’m also a huge fan of slow-burn romance! My favorite shojo manga is Lovely Complex which I know isn’t as much of a slow burn as something like Kimi ni Todoke, but I also love it when authors really take the time to develop characters, their feelings, and how the feelings affect the relationship. I personally enjoy the journey towards the relationship more than the actual relationship (though when the moment happens it is great!).
            
            It really is a shame we couldn’t see more from him. But even though we didn’t get a lot about him, the stuff we do know about him just makes him such a compelling character (and don’t get me started about his parallels to Takemichi ). I hope with this last arc we get some more tidbits about him but honestly, I wouldn’t mind having like a volume 0 dedicated to Shinichiro and his time with the Black Dragons!

@whatsername217 Glad to hear it! When I write, I would always think about how the characters would react and say cuz although it is a fanfic, I don't want to make them OOC. I'm also a sucker for slow burn. I enjoy the slow process of the characters developing feelings, realizing it and eventually act on it. 
            
            I'm also glad to see you enjoy MC and Shinichiro's dynamic. It's kinda hard for me to determine Shin's personality with how little we see him in the manga. He truly is an amazing person, and it's such a shame he couldn't live longer

I'm glad you enjoyed my stream of consciousness while I was reading your story!! ❤️The premise of the story is so so good and the writing is spectacular! And like I said in another comment it almost feels like I'm reading a Tokyo Revengers omake because of how well you handle the characters. I'm  SUPER excited to see where the story goes and what happens next!!
